I wonder if this stems from algorithmic manipulation to promote transgender speedrunners, such that when one of the terms is “speedrunner” it automatically associates it with “transgender”.

I'm sure it does. Transgender, autism, and speedrunner gets interchanged a lot because of retards like Cosmo Wright or whatever his name is now.
