tl;dr: The old domain belonged to a former mod who took his ball and went home. The people who actually run the site have a new domain at patriots.win (which along with the WIN community network is apparently co-owned by multiple mods). Site is still the same, run by the same people, only the domain changed.

There's already been some discussion here but the old domain is now down and I thought it important to make it clear for people who wonder why the fuck the old domain no longer works.
Kinda done with Trump since he pardoned actual spies and deep staters but not Assange.
You think the swamp would let that happen again ?
I don't care if we never have another Trump as president, to be honest. People fixate wayyyyy too much on the President.
Yes, he (soon to be they, I suppose) occupies a position of prominence and power, but is only one of three branches of governance.
Imagine, for example, how even more worthless Biden would be if the House and Senate were occupied by die-hard, uniparty-rejecting Republicans.
Not likely to happen, but if the 75+ million started to take an actual interest in manipulating the political machine from the local level upward, that sea of red would make every Dem mandate powerless.
We have ONE Senator that's basically full-blown nationalist-populist, but that's it. We need more people like her. Trump was just one guy but if we can hundreds of reps like her and Trump then the swamp can eat a bag of fucking dicks because we'd have at least the legislative branch occupied by people who aren't morons.
This. I only ever see my county flip red/blue if something seriously bad happens AND it's election season.
I'll forever hear people say they don't like a new proposal that's up, but they never protest at their local level.
Marius & Sulla happened after the Gracchi. It will happen.
I still think he worked out a deal to save his own ass. He might still get convicted on the impeachment stuff so he can't run again, but he's not going to prison at least.
Going against the establishment and failing, and I mean REALLY going against them like Trump did, does not end well for those attempting it. I don't think Trump knew what he was getting into. He probably thought it would be like running one of his businesses.
Trump could've went public and riled up his base. Said Mitch was going to let him be impeached, taking away his Secret Service protection thus leaving his family vulnerable to terrorist attack (ISIS, Antifa). Threaten to rally the MAGA Movement to primary Mitch and any other Republican senator who voted against him. Point out Assange exposed Crooked Hillary and the Deep State.
Trump voters don't love or even like the GOP, they love The Donald.
CIA, ATF, FBI...
What would he have gone to jail for, exactly?
And if we're using self-preservation as an argument, then maybe we should apply the same standards when judging certain governing and election officials, Supreme Court, Vice President, et. all, who were asked to show "great courage".
"sedition/insurrection" was the plan to arrest him. You can tell. He fought back, didn't leave immediately and right from the bat they claimed he was being fascist, despotic etc. Capitol Hill was the spark to threaten him.
I was done with Trump when he proposed his 'Platinum plan' nonsense.
Trump was a massive step in the right direction, even if he fell way short of the destination.
Trump was one man, popular among the people, but he was besieged on all sides by deeply-entrenched foes who wanted him gone.
In a way, his success was our failure: too many people felt content with that one man being enough to undo decades of rot within, at best, 8 years. And so, the people did nigh-jack all, except wave their flags and attend his rallies. The most horrific of losses: defeat in victory.
And, at first, I'm sure the "swamp" found those crowds alarming, until they realized those crowds were content with just waving their flags and professing their love for their country, not taking action, not getting involved in politics, conveniently forgetting how so many RINOs were part of the Uniparty as long as they gave a cursory nod to Trump, using his popularity to maintain their own offices.
The deep state governance continued unabated, because Trump made his supporters feel comfortable, instead of getting them to spur some real change in the system.
And I'm not even talking something akin to revolution, but if Trump gave an earnest call to flood the local and state political machines with Trumpublicans for even the most minor of elections (even with the Republicans controlling the majority of the states' houses) it would have weakened the hell out of the Left's plans, and probably would have even made their election fraud impossible to maintain.
Apparently there's more than Bitch McConnell threatening to back impeachment, word is they threatened to go after his entire family if he pardoned Assange and/or Snowden and it seems to be more than "with the full force of the law" as in suicide to the back of the head 5 times.
Dude got blackmailed. On top of the onslaught of betrayals, its a tough situation for anyone.
Really, its about time constitution respecting states break away from the union and form their own. Starve the corrupt hacks of your taxes.
