If this is to be believed, they'll need them soon. Question is: how much of a military will they be left with afterwards?
Well if that one officer from earlier this year can kneel to BLM rioters, I don't see why soldiers can politely turn and keep watch instead of being distracted by passing cars.
Friggin OOOOFFFFFF.
Who would have guess that accusing YOUR OWN DAMN SOLDIERS of being disloyal would backfire. Well, I guess if they had any doubts before, they aint loyal now.
Aren't military bonds among the strongest in existence? I can't imagine soldiers will look kindly on democrats sending their brothers packing for the crime of voting republican.
The strongest bonds are family bonds, who fight for the same cause.
The US has not been fighting for the same cause. Since WW1 they have been dying for a very small group of the population's causes.
Stop noticing things and go die in a desert for freedom or something!
Happened in the 90's under Clinton. Only they called it base closing and realignment. They cut positions and then made it very hard to get promotions to stay in.
I suspect the same thing will happen now that under the guise of austerity the military budget will be slashed leading to a significant reduction in force size. And those who don't think the correct way will be the ones cycled out.
