Parler and Gab are both going up in popularity, and full of accounts imitating old conservative voices (e.g. there are a hundred different "Trump" and "Team Trump" etc accounts on Parler.
To rattle off a few, Tim Pool has @TimCast on Parler. General Flynn is @GenFlynn.

Its really annoying you need to give your phone number to Parler to see anything . Why do they need people's phone numbers for?
Google requires one. And last I heard Facebook and Twitter do as well. The logic is that it cuts down on bots but whatever. I don't agree with the requirement but it's not particularly strange these days.
Google, FB and Twitter absolutely don’t require phone numbers.
Twitter does demand it.
