I tried posting this to KiA, but I never realized how many KiA Prime people are blue pilled thinking things will go back to normal after this.
Seeing how most of you here are far more aware of what's going on, I'm going to copy pasta what I posted on Prime before the dumb mods deleted it since most of you aren't rabid TDers but also understand the "bigger picture":
My original post below.
So all the things we warned about 6 years ago has more or less come to fruition, and the safeguards and actions we took to keep it from getting worse has more or less been removed or neutralized to allow unethical behavior, blatant biased news that denigrates gamers and other arbitrary groups is now everywhere. Every gaming urinalist and game development outlet has an Anita Sarkeesian type or 10 working for them. Reddit went from a place where disparate ideologies could bicker with each other to a site where small pockets of "The resistance" (moderates, conservatives) are allowed to stay quarantined in certain areas but the ideological moderation is rampant in other subs.
Youtube, Twitter, etc., the stuff the normies consume that aren't alt-tech have now openly abused Section 230 in open defiance of the current administration. The mask has come off, and we've run out of options at this point at any possible way to enforce full on freedom of expression and speech under the law.
Where do we go from here?
We have alt-tech, but as many of you have realized, alt-tech popularity undermined by the mainstream outlets that try to demonize them. We now have a giant ideological chasm between us moderate lefties and right wingers and the establishment "liberals". It's unrepairable, so where do we go from here?
All the things you "consoom" has been tainted by this stuff. You can only resort to removing yourself from that pool so much until it comes to a point where you are essentially isolating yourself from society, so where do we go from here? If everything has SocJus, if everything has TOSes that violate freedom of expression, then what is left to turn to?
What is practical that we can do tomorrow while continuing our everyday lives on this bucket of a planet we call Earth?
Worse. What advantages do the populists have? Nothing.
2 Trump supporters shot dead in the streets of Portland and Colorado, 1 unarmed woman shot dead at Capitol, nobody even gives a shit.
The leftists have Wall St, big tech, media, social media, public sympathy, President, House, Congress on their side.
If they're gonna pull a Holocaust I'd imagine it'd be fucking easy. Hell, I bet it'd be banned on reddit. Then KiA1's mods would be cucking it up and pre-censoring it to please the reddit admin overlords.
They do have guns but... damn. Would be a tragedy if it had to get to that part.
Why? We have repeatedly seen our government treat their citizens as cattle. Now almost half the country see the same. Abortion alone since the ruling of roe v wade has killed more than any war. The way we commit atrocities has changed, we may pretend we are more enlightened, but we have just shifted the window not expanded it.

The right are working class with a few rich folks sprinkled in - it doesn't have the same kind of power that the left has at this point.
I understand what you mean, but the only practical way we win the war is if we get some of THEM to come over to us to help us out, and we don't have that. Yet anyway.
The right is all soldiers and no generals, supply chain, or logistics.
Man, I only got to talk to you today and I can't get over the fact that underneath that silly and hilarious name I genuinely enjoy seeing the ideas and posts you have to offer.
I know it sounds like knobgobbling but I'm starting to like this place as I move away from Reddit.
It's so strange. 6 years ago I'd be thinking "oh it's those silly right wingers from KiA that got banned" but here I am, my ideology has honed itself and now you could say I'm quite... "woke" on this how nationalism/populism thing and now I get it.
We're all on a journey together, trying to figure things out. I had a different username on reddit, but I assure you that I said things back in 2017 I would now consider quite cringy. And I've been fortunate that there are a lot of people on the internet that say things that make sense to me, and I'm not afraid to reconsider past positions based on new evidence.
Originally I started commenting on reddit because this Trump guy just got elected, and when I heard him speak he didn't sound nearly as crazy or evil as the press made him out to be even though I considered myself a liberal at the time. And all of my friends hated him, so I couldn't speak freely about him. But I had to say it to someone just to make sure I wasn't crazy.
Certainly I didn't go into this journey expecting to be an anonymous right-wing dissident whose IRL acquaintances think is crazy. But you go where life leads you.
Samesies. I was basically a rah rah USA neocon in 2014. I didn't like liberals or libertarians. Now I realize commies and authoritarians are the true enemy.
Hah, yeah, I remember seeing you on HalfKIA for years, a long time ago. Reading this thread and seeing your nickname got me confused for a while, you used to sound a lot different IIRC, but I guess this comment explains it.
The problem is that when the right goes it's going to be an off/on switch. There's very little in the middle there.
Plenty of us aren't going to the gulags. We remember the lessons we learned from this shit before.
