Food security was literally the last threat facing our country, at least precovid, but the left still always pushed that shit.
They always claimed “food deserts” were a thing, and they are by their definition, but their definition is bullshit. If I recall it’s “no grocery store within 5 miles” lol. I’m sorry but that is literally no excuse. Even if you don’t have a car, a 5 mile bus ride even with transfers is nothing. I used to have to take the bus to a job that took an hour+ each way EVERYDAY. You can take the bus once every week or two. Or just buy a cheap car instead of an iPhone and DRIVE YOUR FUCKING SELF.
Also the only people hurting because of these “food deserts” seem to be urban people. Why do no rural people 3 hours by car out in the country ever seem to have problems with food? Why is it just the urban dwellers who live 5.1 fucking miles away from a god damn store?
Why? Because they are lazy as fuck and live off of government assistance. They just don’t give a shit because no matter how shitty they fail at doing life there is always a safety net for them, so they just flounder like a fat guy on his back unable to get up. Squirming is already too much for these lazy fucks. If they could get the government to give them a sponge bath and feed them with a tube while gluing an iPhone to their face they would.
