Tamara is so sweet and good-natured here, it only makes the mall cop and the "real" cop look even worse. You'd think they'd apologize to her for falsely giving her a ticket, but they lack the grace or self-control -- never a good thing in a cop. Perhaps the most irritating character in this whole saga is Brittany Cadence, the know-nothing bureaucrat who has no clue about the rules she is supposed to enforce and communicate. What a coward she is, with her embarrassing email at the end.
