She is the one who has the decision to make whether to give Biden access or not. If she does, then it is essentially the Trump administration recognizing Biden as President Elect.

Calm down, Trump has not conceded a thing. The constitutional processes are still ongoing and so are the lawsuits. And we are pretty strong in that front.

It is not over until the fat lady sings, and we are not at that part yet.
