Either way, it's important to understand that advertising is, and has always been, one of the most progressive careers out there. Companies also tend to give advertising departments a relatively high degree of freedom. Here's a great video from Bode Lang

Epic is a business, even if a bunch of the employees are cancerous progressives. Leadership won't let time be wasted making things they know won't sell, when things that will sell are available.
