This looks fake.

Most heavy users of social media understand that the allegations against Donald Trump have been debunked

There is no way anyone who does not believe that the allegations have been debunked would write this. And surely, the people who are pro-Hillary would have (wanted to) believe(d) them.

At the same time, I find it doubtful that anyone would try to fabricate something at this point in time.
