I think there will be more riots than over George Floyd and media will get even crazier. If he does take it to the court I hope he has proof. Most sane people can see something fishy was going on but hopefully his team has evidence

As unlikely as it is for Trump to win by judicial means (no, seriously, the best SC can do is order a hasty re-election and i doubt Trump and Co can provide enough evidence for that), it would probably be best outcome. The worst outcome, ironically, is also Trump winning, but by flipping the table. Dems getting away with fraud, or winning in 'fair' election would be somewhere inbetween.
What can happen is that there are enough cases going through the courts to where electors can't be appointed by the middle of December and the election goes to congressional delegates. It's legal, it's constitutional, but yeah shit will hit the fan.
The SCOTUS does not have the authority to order a re-election. I guess the state legislatures could, but that is not going to happen in PA as the governor is a Democrat.
That's better yet, even, because without re-election you are not exactly recovering those basketcase cities.
The state legislatures in almost all of these key states are Republican controlled.
The state legislature cannot unilaterally assign new electors - only if the governor agrees.
What are you talking about? They'll just throw out X number of votes and force recounts.
No one's going to do a re-election.
North Carolina re-did an election not that long ago after fraud was uncovered. It's unlikely, but it can happen.
For the whole state? For millions of voters? I don't remember hearing about this.
It was a smaller election (comparatively speaking) but it was federal.
Which is what they shall do, but i dare claim with certainty that they aren't going to throw enough votes out for it to actually change things.
P. S. I have a habit of being wrong, so consider above a blessing.
I don't think they have a choice in that matter. The counts will just get stopped, and then have to be gone through. There's going to be an absolute ton to throw out, it's why they keep adding votes as much as possible.
The only real solution for Biden is to delay the re-counts until the electors have to vote (mostly by legal tactics or by finding votes literally forever). Then hope that he can win a bunch of electors, or even gain some free electors.
So i presume, you are confident that Republicans won't use the nuclear option?
