I don't disagree with his criticism of Tucker Carlson, but I think part of the reason he's lauded so much at the moment is he stands out amongst his mainstream peers as being the one who's at least appears to have the most autonomy.

I'm not sure what the alternative would be, don't have him in the spotlight at all? Because he would be replaced with someone who is just more of a propaganda puppet. That doesn't help anything, because the fact of the matter is there's loads of people that only consume mainstream news, including those that are only Fox News viewers.

I'd much prefer people learn to question things and understand that all news is presented with a bias. I don't think that's going to happen though, so I'll take what I can get.
