I probably should not ask, but why on earth are the World Economic Fund and the International Monetary Fund pushing crackpot Maoist ideologies?

Because they are not good at making money, but they are evidently fairly good at climbing a career ladder.

Naturally nomenclature-heavy ideologies are what they want.
