Another thing about Canada is we have voting for MPs. The party with most MPs or seats in government win the election and become the leading party. The head of the party typically becomes the prime minister, though technically not required. What happens is the more people in an area, the more MPs you get. Canada is huge country, but 90% of the population is basically in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), Montreal area and along US border. More seats = more voting power. GTA and Montreal hold over 200 of the 300ish seats in Canadian politics. 66% of the seats required to be PM. Guess where the immigrants all congregate? Brampton is known as brown town. There are literal "diversity lines" for the gangs of different immigrant groups throughout Peele and other GTA areas. Basically no-go zones for white people now. They all vote their own race into MP seats and every single party runs one of their people as their party member. Virtually all immigrants vote liberal or democrat in America.
As you can see, a PM can literally campaign in GTA only and win the election without stepping foot in any other province. They can ignore 80% of Ontario, too and still win the election. Crazy right? Imagine California deciding every election in America. Your vote does not matter and the president never visits your state, county or even says one word about you. That's the Canadian political system. You say they voted in Trudeau, but youd be surprised to know he got less votes than Scheer, yet won the minority government. Electoral college in America gives power to states with lower populations to have equal voices. We have similar seats, but they are proportional to population. The more people, the more power. Gerrymandering lets government divide up and add seats for racial divides and win more seats, too.
Finally, I need ot address party leaders. Canada has a political system with parties that pick their own leaders. You can pay to be a member of any party and you can then vote in their leadership elections. Virtually no one joins these parties. Liberals had about 60,000 members out of 35 million people when Trudeau was elected. The population doesnt decide or have any influence on the parties that supposedly represent us. In the previous Conservative party leadership before the last election, Maxime Bernier took on Andrew Scheer for leadership. Bernier was the most popular candidate and likely leader going into it and won every single round of voting (we vote in rounds, each round eliminating people and revote on fewer candidates until final 2) by landslides. Conveniently, the party received a huge influx of voters several months before the vote, well above the average. The final round saw massive shift in votes to Scheer and Bernier eventually ousted from the party completely. The party was flooded by votes from our dairy cartel - a literal cartel that runs our dairy and poultry industry. We have a communist quota system for dairy where you can only produce x amount of milk/dairy and you have to pour excess down the drain. Cant even give away for free. They have government set prices on dairy and poultry for them to 'be competitive' and they restrict access from other nations/imports. Its why we pay 3 times as much for milk, cheese, chicken, etc compared to America beyond the USD to CAD dollar rates. It's why new NAFTA was delayed and fought over despite bullshit discussed publicly. Its why the EU trade agreement with Canada was fucked over. This group of dairy cartel joined the party en masse and elected Scheer. Upon election, he went to parliament to celebrate. With a huge shit eating grin, he joked, "I have nooooo idea how I was elected" and took a huge swig of milk from a 2L carton of milk. Everyone laughed because they all knew what he meant and what happened.
This is what our political joke system is about. How it works for the people in power and how the people have no say in who gets elected. No one elected Trudeau except immigrants and the people with money that put him in power. We cant pick party leaders, we cant become PM, we cant even run for PM. Any party that attempts to form is labelled white nazis. Bernier made the People's Party of Canada and they wont even interview or show them on TV or mention them or invite to debates. Even if you win a seat with a new party by fluke, you cant do anything and have no voice or power at parliament. Its a joke.
Trudeau was elected with one of hte lowest possible minority governments. His 2015 first election was swayed by "newly Canadians" - https://globalnews.ca/news/2291301/immigrants-voted-liberal-by-a-landslide-and-other-things-we-learned-from-the-federal-election-results/ . With 300k+ per year added every year for the past 20 years, its only gotten worse as many gain their voting rights.
