Its a forced meme. She is ugly as sin (but admittedly bigish tits) and its a very obvious fact that the Right points out.

Because anything the Right says is completely wrong by default, the Leftist must take up the contrary position as gospel. Hence they pretend she is super hot.

Part of that also is her being the only youngish women in government as well. Most Leftists will sleep with someone about as 4/10 looking as her, and then pretend that's their "type" to avoid admitting they are low tier.
