Monster Hunter Rise did the same thing which is immensely disappointing for me with MH being one of my favorite series of all time. There is and always has been different designs for male/female armor as well so I don't know what the fucking point is.

I pretty much never care when famous people or musicians or whatever die, but this is genuinely a sad thing to hear. I love Berserk, and the hiatuses sucked but I was always just waiting to see the story continued on.

I didn't know this was the case before I bought the game, so pretty disappointed afterwards. I'm not sure about Nintendo's return policy for digital purchases - I should probably buy physical but I hate the tiny switch cartridges so I've avoided it with the switch so far.
