Of course there is a push to reclass evil things as not really evil. This is part of the Left's overall postmodern, post morals worldview they seek to push on the entire world. And the reason is simple. They plan to do some truly evil things the likes the world hasn't seen for a few thousand years. Your natural reaction is going to be too obviously see it and call it out as evil. But what if an entire generation could be bred to not even understand the idea of evil as a concept and be brought up from birth to think that all things are permissible and evil doesn't really exist... Then you can get away with anything.
Watching everyone in that thread acknowledge that these could never work in an American city then immediately turn around and fall over themselves to avoid admitting why they could never work is fucking hilarious.
This. The whole lolbertarian "just let everyone do what they want and it'll all work itself out man" thing only works when you don't have one segment of the population devoted to wiping out the rest.
