Fuckssake, pre Kung flu, there was literally nothing stopping people from hopping on a bus or train or driving to a beauty spot and walking for a while. You didn’t need any particular equipment apart from owning a pair of shoes and even then, a ton of places you can walk in trainers and still enjoy nature. If black kids in London didn’t want to get on a train and go visit the Lake District or whatever then that’s nobody’s fucking fault apart from theirs.
