Are disobedient blacks who think for themselves worse than white people?
From the SJW point of view, absolutely. Its one thing to have someone be a heathen - they're a known enemy, yes, but actually a useful rallying point because you can say "Don't be like those evil people!". But, to have a heretic within the group is much, much worse. Not only does the heretic raise the specter of having hidden enemies on your side, but the heresy could easily spread to others in the group. That's why they try put down any heretics so viciously and quickly.
Yeah, well, the only reason "projecting in IMAX" isn't in the job description is the same reason "breathing" isn't in the job description - it's assumed as a basic function of life.
In academia writing about subjective topics is a minefield at the minute. I was lucky enough that most of my lecturers were open minded, but I got a bare pass in one module for making a pro Putin argument. It wasn't even a general "Putin is great" thing, I simply argued that he may of had a point about western powers encroaching on Russia's neighbors, knowing that it would aggravate Russia. At that point, I honestly thought it was my best work, so I was shocked at the result. I seen the name of person who graded it, and decided to confirm my suspicions, that she was a leftist who hated Putin. I quickly found her Twitter account and literally every post what was available was pro EU, so my suspicion was right.
This sort of thing definitely happens. I think that in some cases, they can't even see how biased they are. They have been so long inside their bubble that other views sound "objectively" wrong to their ears.

Psychopathic narcissists HATE anyone who displays a mind of their own.
Written by someone with a massive agenda.
