I think I understand.
4 are 1-9
4 are 20-29
3 are 10-19
3 are 30-39
3 are 40-49
Etc. Etc.
They're grouping the ages by how many cases they have in each category.
They've written it in a completely retarded way.
They are writing for their audience.
They're writing it expecting that few will read it long enough to figure it out.
That still doesn't make any sense...
OH GOD, I think I see what you're saying. I feel like I had to be retarded to even understand your explanation.
4 cases for each age groups: 1-9, 20-29
3 cases for each age groups: 10-19, 30-39, 40-49, 60-69
2 cases for each age groups: 50-59, 70-79
1 case for the age group of 90-99
25 total cases = 4x2 + 3x4 + 2x2 + 1x1
Is this actually a concrete case of Twitter demonstrably forcing data into a format that is delayed or held back in terms of progress or development?
KEK
I don't actually know.
Retarded people see what they want to see. They are primed into believing this affects children and young people the most. They see "4 aged 1-9", and that's the kind of thing that sticks.
Couldn't they just tweet out a bar graph?
Histograms are for alt-right terrorists.
They were going for a 4, 3, 2, 1 thing, but this is completely retarded.
