Well, I worded my answer weirdly.

The original verdict was against him.

It was struck down after pressure from the governor and turned into a "You win, but please shut up about this before people lose faith in the judiciary."

The mother filed another suit (I believe), and the feminist judge found in favor of her, while keeping the order of silence.
