One thing I really don't get with these shitkids is why they are all so fuckin' receptive to shit other adult authority figures tell them, but only selectively rebel against their parents.

When I was a teenager, ALL authority figures were considered the enemy, this included teachers, and shitheads on the news, not just parents. The only approval we cared about was from our peers.
