Israel is a delusional and genocidal nation, but they aren't stupid.

They know that a nuke also ends them -- which I think they're perfectly fine with -- but they aren't ready to play that card yet.

Israel is the only country to not abide by nuclear weapons treaties nor the international ban on bio weapons. Any time you hear "Israel has --------" it means that they COULD have it because no one is checking on their technical progress and they refuse to share info with any other nation.
