They’re trying to get “sex trafficking” charges? From what? The women weren’t forced to participate in the scams at gunpoint or anything (at least no actual proof). The real victims were the men who lost all their money. And somehow the women are the victims. Because vagina.

Tate is controlled opposition and this pressing charges and shit is just kayfabe bullshit to try and manufacture Tate as a martyr that normie men would flock to, similar to what happened with Trump. Tate is not actually a threat to the Regime because Tate still tells men they need to date women, he just says it in a different way than the feminists and tradcucks. A true threat would be one that tells men to walk away from the broken system.
Here's a theory I've had for a while now: He's a feminist plant meant to discredit the manosphere. He was supposed to be so extreme that people would recoil and therefore be easier to herd back onto the feminist plantation. The plan ended up backfiring because even the worst thing the manosphere could possibly offer (from a gynocentric perspective that is) is still more appealing than the feminists. You can see that in this board's reaction to the news. We largely agree that he's a slimy fuck but we also know he's a fucking choir boy compared to the people going after him. I think the original plan was to take him down in a controlled demolition and therefore "defeat the manosphere". It wouldn't have worked even if things had gone to plan because that projects the hierarchical social structures of feminism onto the manosphere, but as it happened things didn't go to plan because because the plan relied on people trusting obvious bad actors (ie feminists). They're still trying to pull it off but even if they manage to no one trusts the feminists or the institutions they infest enough to believe any of it is legitimate.
