The SC completely violated the Fourth Amendment saying you have no expectation of privacy if the content you have is CP. But you do if it’s meth or heroine or a murder weapon. More felonies, the media smearing and perpetuating fear. I don’t want to see children naked - and God forbid hurt or doing sex. Conservatives rally for less government but by allowing this issue in, the govt now has complete control over our devices and internet use. I also know of cases where the FBI planted it and where the person downloaded a large torrent with it buried in there. Whenever they say there is “baby or toddler” stuff, I think to myself, why can you see murder videos on Reddit or YouTube but sexual content isn’t allowed? And to me there’s no sexual point in it, it’s the same as seeing death videos. But those are ok. And I don’t buy the argument that it stops people from making it. While we spew money to Ukraine which is the CP capital of the world. Make it a misdemeanor and watch the issue go down. Our media is complicit and it’s part of the demoralization and fear campaign. I don’t want to see it, the thought grosses me out. But look how many people are arrested for having photos, or videos or asking or trading them. Etc. felony charges with mandatory prison terms while people like that POS who stabbed Iryna on the bus get let out for very violent crimes. I watched Joe Rogan say that back in AOL chat days, CP was posted all the time and now they raid your homes. And, most of it is material that they have already stored. So they use and send out photos of real children, over and over the same ones, on purpose. If a device or email can scan an image for it, then they can look at everything on your phone at any time. It’s not right.
Think of all the perved out police and prosecutors who are just getting it all. And the judges too. If they abuse flock cameras think of what they are doing with CP. When they are allowed to take your phone and look through every inch of it using Israeli technology, they laugh at your pathetic messages, they see your wife naked, they read your Notes. There isn't even a way of knowing if you are viewing child porn or to prevent consuming it. teens look the same as a legal adult.
