If you're talking about the worst movie in terms of competence and quality, we live in a world with Plan 9 From Outer Space and The Room.
If you're talking about the movie most disrespectful to its source material, we live in a world with The Scarlet Letter and The Picture of Dorian Gray.
If you're talking about the movie whose politics you hate the most, we live in a world with An Inconvenient Truth and The Last Temptation of Christ.
There's just no category in existence where 'The Odyssey' could be the WORST Movie Ever Made.
It's really telling that the problem you have with this situation isn't the steaming shit being taken on Western Civilization, it's that some people might be hyperbolic while criticizing the steaming shit.
Does Western Civilization even deserve to survive if the best arguments it can come up for itself are a pile of hyperbolic bullshit?
