I'm going out on a sturdy and heavily statistically supported limb and put my money on a psychotic troon did it. They called it "a white british national", ain't no way they avoided saying male by accident.
Of course psychotic troons are also incredibly easily influenced into extreme acts, so those two culprits are by no means mutually exclusive.
The Sydney Morning Herald says the arrested suspect is a man. Which doesn't guarantee that you're incorrect, but it is a data point against your theory.
They QUICKLY rushed out the suspect is a White man and that it wasn't politically motivated like they KNEW if he was brown, cities would burn..
