I checked Anholt and apparently you have to be a subscribing country for the full report. But honestly, from their "Good Country Index" report, it looks like bullshit. Ireland, e.g., ranking 2nd in international peace and security? Hungary 1st in science and technology? Come on.

Anyway I'd like to see where @ernsithe got his list, since I've looked into it all of five minutes and can't be arsed for more.
