Nolan is a bitch. He had free reign and an unlimited budget at WB. Then he threw a huge public hissy fit and left because WB pulled "Tenet" from cinemas and put it on their MAX streaming services. It was the middle of Covid. Nobody was going to the cinemas. WB needed to do something to get people to pay for the damn movie. It was an extraordinary circumstance, but he burned his bridges and ran to Universal where he got straddled with censors and criteria. Nolan let his ego fuck his own career.
But he sold out for the money
Rather than have control over his own art he's the bitch boy to a universal contract
