They still just told me almost the entire plot of the movie though. The lack of clumsy exposition dialogue is refreshing, and I guess for an action flick the plot isn't that important, but I'd still prefer trailers not to give everything away like that.
I have this on my watchlist but I sure hope it doesn't suck. I was sorely disappointed with War Machine and The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare; the latter was just more Jewish apologetics. Hopefully they don't find a way to turn this movie into that.

Don't worry. Right now you know you want to see it. In a month, you won't remember the trailer, just that you should see it.
... and publish it a month before the release day, not a year or months before.
A trailer that SHOWS you exactly what it's about without saying a damn word. THAT is filmmaking!
