Lol, I used to think this was one of those FE, hollow earth type theories, but I fully believe it today.
I don't know if they can saturate the atmosphere with moisture, but this is obviously cloud seeding.
They do cloud seeding, but this photo ain't it. This is just contrails with a cloud layer moving in above it. No video of course because then the scam would be obvious.
HAARP and other long range radar installations are how they actually control the weather. They create the 'northern lights' that are suddenly way closer to the equator.
The pictures aren't very good about being in the same spot. They did more harm them good considering most people won't take the time to do more than look at the meme.
You can see the same house, from the same angle, in every single picture...
Look again. Is the house equal in every single picture? It's not.
