I worked qa enineer for a hospital and one of them didn't know the difference between C and C#.
They get hired because they lie about their qualifications and are cheap
Either bloated messes or emaciated IME. Only Brahmin caste ones actually manage to be normal. It's almost like their caste system is actually there for a reason...
