Fair enough point actually.
I'm currently in the process of moving out, probably living in a small house somewhere where my only real expense will be property tax because they still get you with that shit.
The house falls apart, idc, i have no children to give it to anyway. I'll just pay property tax and electicity and wait for my life to end I guess.
