Lately I've been getting so much free shit and discounts lately just by complaining. Back when I was young working in retail/customer facing jobs I used to loathe complainers. But I always tried to provide good customer service within reason. But now all service and quality is bad everywhere you go.

These past couple of years of complaining has netted a good ROI. If you're willing to wait on hold for a long time, or crazily drive to a worker's house or office, or yell at managers ( I tend to go easy on the staff, but I attack the bosses), you can get some free shit out of it. Niggers do it for a reason.
