Apparently this was in Guangzhou. He was taking pictures of attractive women, and when other people got up in his face about it, he decided to just pepper-spray the whole train car. Got his ass beat for it.
Hopefully having his organs harvested right now. Unless he comes from a powerful family
They'll still take his organs but just pretend he never existed.
