Five Eyes = Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States
This means Israel also has access to the Five Eyes but Five Eye countries don't have access to Israel.
That means pretty much all data gathered in any of these countries is accessible by another country.
Palantir basically has access to everything in those countries and what Israel chooses to share.
