As a Canadian, let me dispel another myth for you:

Canadians think of themselves as "nice," but in my experience, Americans are much more likely to be friendly, down to earth, and more genuine than Canadians. White Canadians are often faux polite, smug, insincere, holier-than-thou fucking douchebags. They're like hall monitors and teacher's pets, little cronies who parasite status by getting adult daycare jobs in the government. I love every time the US smashes Canada at something so the leftists here get even more miserable.
