This faggy shit keeps getting shoved in my face, and as far as I can tell, it's literally just yaoi slashfiction with a seven digit budget.
Hockey players, but guess what? They're gay! And they play for opposing teams!
Please tell me there's more to it than that.
Apparently every episode is deserving of a 9/10 or higher on IMDb, with tens of thousands of thoroughly wet roasties jilling off in the background.
So it's just like the volleyball anime?
The fujoshi backdoor into anime is a powder keg waiting to explode and ruin the entire medium. I know a lot of people still hold onto anime as one of the if not the last traditional based forms of entertainment, but the faggots and commies have been slipping in the back door, no pun intended, for a while via fujoshi degeneracy. There is a massive subculture among anime, manga, and light novel fans of women who go absolutely insane with lust over gay shit, and it's not new. It's so well established and deep seated that a lot of Japanese media will include female characters whose main personality trait is being obsessed with gay sex. I can think of at least half a dozen anime off the top of my head where this is a regularly occurring feature, and that barely scratches the surface. Probably half of the romcoms have at least one girl in the roster whose primary personality is her losing her mind with sexual excitement over the idea of the male lead being a faggot with another guy.
And it's been getting worse over the last few years. Overtly gay anime, anime where the lead characters are gay and the show is about them being gay, have been gaining popularity for several seasons now. There has been at least one major guy-guy faggot anime each season by one of the larger anime producers and given a prime spot on the anime streaming services for going on 4 seasons now, and that's just as far back as I've been paying attention to it specifically. Faggot animes have been being made for a while, but it was usually maybe one every couple of years. Now they are deliberately making at least one per season, and making sure to advertise the hell out of it.
The main audience is women of course. The way our society bends over backwards to appease women and all their degenerate lifestyle choices has bled over to anime in a big way over the past decade or so. The age of the Japanese anime fan being the smelly male otaku is pretty much over, and anime intended for Japanese audiences has done a hard pivot towards catering to female audiences, and a lot of that is in response to how much influence western markets have had over anime production. Anime in general is being changed from the inside out to appeal to women and less to men. They don't make nearly as much ecchi shows for boys anymore, while the amount of reverse-harem shows for girls and fujoshis has risen a stark amount every season.
It's still in the phase before anime is totally poisoned and turned into wokeshit like we see with western entertainment, but mark my words. It's coming. The seeds were planted several years ago and we're starting to see the shoots pop through the surface. Anime is about to go queer and woke in a big way probably within 5 years.
Dial down the hysterics. Boys are mostly into shounens, mecha and some hentai here and there.
Shounen anime/manga is still a thing and each generation has a tapeworm that stretches for 400+ chapters, 100+ anime episodes and 3 full feature movies.
Mecha is still a thing and Gundam regularly pops out new plastic crack for men to snuff on
Hentai is delivered but mostly through short patreon 2min videos so traditional studios dont get to hire those kind of artist when they can be essentially self-employed to the point of paying off mortgages.
Fujoshi have presence, but not deciding power. At best they do their own paratext in their corner and it's entirely up to you if you go out of your way to notice it.
nah. he is right. translation software being switched to an israeli firm, jewish idioms in subs and on and on it goes. that together with the ever sinking quality of both pacing, animation and writing, anime is pretty much over as a serious medium.
The only thing that needs to be over is your chud rhetoric. Anime was never a fully serious medium. None ever was. If anything, desire to be percieved as serious and mature reeks of desperate childish desire for approval.
