This will probably go like all the other attempts to ditch Windows and the Microsoft ecosystem. Millions of taxpayer euros thrown away on a turd before switching back.
nah. usually it's that a new guy gets elected and payed of by microsoft to switch back. most muncipalities use custom software to handle filling out simple forms, doesn't matter what os is underneath really.
