Last time an Asian nation called out Israel like this, it was Japan a week before they had a massive earthquake that did not behave as typical earthquakes do, followed by a massive tsunami and subsequent nuclear meltdown that workers said seemed like they had been locked out of their own computer system that was needed to power the plant down before it had a meltdown in the tsunami, almost exactly as the Iranians faced when their nuclear program was hit with Stuxnet. That computer virus was developed by Israel and the U.S. to be almost impossible to detect and it was specifically designed to cause a nuclear meltdown within Iran’s nuclear program.
