Keep in mind they don't care if they are indentured servants. They still make a lot more money here than they do there, still more than enough to either send a lot of it back home, or just then bring over more of their families and continue the grift to earn even more [not much money].
Yep. They're also more accepting of being peasantry, slaves, second class citizens, whatever you want to call them, than Americans. Most brown countries are ruled by despots and have barely effective rule of law.
