Hantengu (Upper Rank Four) from Demon Slayer is a Jew depiction. Hantengu is characterized by living a lie, often viewing himself as the innocent victim despite having been a sadistic killer. Also, bald head, big nose, weird thing on his head.

It's not a reach. It's Japanese folk lore. OP just reached the correct conclusion via un-sound means.
You can see in his raiment, weapons, and abilities that Hantengu has many correlations to the tengu youkai despite Kimetsu no Yaiba explicitly featuring oni.
Hantengu (spelled 半天狗 in Japanese) translates to "half tengu", indicating that the correlations to tengu in Hantengu's design and character are not accidental, they were deliberate.
Tengu have gone through many iterations through the centuries of Japanese folk lore, but the most modern and up-to-date iteration includes several important details, such as: bald head, big nose, box shaped hat on the forehead, greedy, lying, harbinger of war, kidnappers, carries a torah scroll. The torah scroll in particular indicates that the modern iteration of the tengu is likely referring to jews.
You don't even need to be antisemetic, you just need to know Japanese folk lore to know this claim isn't a reach, it's not a "ultra cringe headcanon interpretation", and it's not a "secretly le heckin basederino secret depiction". That being said, you are partially right in that the author likely wasn't being deliberately antisemetic in their writing, it's just a natural result of the Japanese folk lore that went into designing the character.
