Guys it might be deeper than just the removal of the mural on the wall. Apparently the business owner backed out of a deal to open a storefront/ business at that location most likely due to disagreements with leadership at the city. So the business owner halted all construction including the mural, the artist wasn't getting paid so work on the art piece stopped it was never finished. what I want to know is if the disagreement between the business owner was manufactured by the mayor just so he could remove that mural.
