Remember all those drones flying around the east coast years back the the government’s stance was “don’t worry about it”
Drones don't have that range, you would need something like an ICBM to hit the West coast from Iran. It would be an obvious false flag if they just appear out of nowhere.
typical mass produced drones don't, but a converted airliner or cargo plane would.
