The majority of their investments are in companies that either H1B spam or outsource constantly. The only “investment in America” for trillions is in American headquartered corporations who employ everyone but Americans.

I haven't seen any evidence that any of the trillions has actually changed hands. The only country I'll halfway believe will invest is Japan, because they're the only ones who have any figment of genuine conviction. Otherwise I'll have to see it to believe it.
