Microsoft should go back to the Windows 8.1 interface minus the metro and charms. This was vastly superior to Windows 7 and Windows 10 once you removed those two things and installed Classic Shell Menu or Open Shell Menu.
Windows 8.1 was faster than 10, more reliable, had no spyware, and didn't freeze intermittently. Everything people complained about Windows 8 is trivially removed in 8.1, but cannot be removed in 10. Hate Metro, well in Windows 10 you can't get rid of it because all settings are now Metro style apps.
The only reason I don't still use Windows 8.1 is because NVIDIA and AMD don't make graphic drivers for it anymore, and that's only true because the uneducated masses are so blinded in their worship of Windows 10.
