Akron ohio is right next to appalachia and alot of them live there.

It is most likely jaw cancer from chewing tobacco if I had to guess.

I knew a guy whos face was messed up like this, he got high on pills one night and decided to drive his car. Slammed into a tree doing about 120mph, took multiple surgeries and years of therapy before he had any kind of normal quality of life.

He could be inbred, but it looks like hes missing part of his jaw.

But hes only repeating what most appalachians feel/think. State/federal workers wont even go in the backyards (unless its le or something) without getting explicit permission first, mainly out of fear of getting shot at.

They live in the middle of nowhere, on scraps barely getting by, thinking your going to shove agents of the government into peoples homes to look for things, good fucking luck, people will die.

Its been legal in ohio forever to shoot someone that invades your home if your in fear for your life and they dont properly identify themselves or have a warrant. They also recently really loosened the laws even more with the no permit carry conceals and stand your ground laws.
