Women definitely have a massive advantage...but still have to know how to play to the crowd. It still takes some skill, as well as luck and perseverance.

Not every woman can sit down in front of a cam and make it huge. Heck, they can't even on OnlyFans, if you look at the numbers; some make millions, but the average is essentially zero.

My bigger issue with streaming and discoverability is that almost all of the biggest streamers are in agencies, even if they don't advertise that. Men, women...it's all largely fake, and you can't get into the club without an invite, usually. And it costs your soul.
