The only unknown woman's apology you can actually trust is the woman who apologizes before anyone even found out she did something wrong. Otherwise it's plain as day they have fewer principles and a very sensitive social barometer, and will happily say whatever they think the most dominant social group want to hear and mean not one word of it.

Ones who have their own actual moral framework that they stick to are few and far between and can be excepted on an individual basis when they crop up.
