It doesnt matter if she was drunk or whatever she can do what she wants she was in her house and defending her property minding her own fucking business.
This is a near case of 'graveyards have their fair share of corpses that had the right of way'. 3 armed individuals have a clear tactical advantage, and she's more interested in being argumentatively right than repositioning.
